Dog Daycare Manager who’s passionate about dogs and people — someone who can lead with confidence, positivity, and heart.

Position Overview:
The Dog Daycare Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service, and animal care. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daycare grooming and boarding staff in daily operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for dogs and employees
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and employee training
• Handle client communications, including check-ins, feedback, and service questions
• Collaborate with ownership to improve processes, programs, and staff morale

Requirements:

• Previous management experience required (pet care or related industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
