M-F 6AM – 2:00PM EST

$15.00 per hr./Great Benefits from day one.

Job Track Description:

• Pick up mail from USPS, bring back to facility and slice it to have ready for sorters.
• Process/log certified mail
• Process/log UPS and FEDEX deliveries.
• Meter mail/letters
• Move boxes from mailroom to Warehouse and track inventory
• Updating reports for Warehouse and Letter metering
• Keeping mailroom in stock with Patch sheets and empty boxes

General Profile

• Ability to perform analytical and operational processes.
• Entry-level position with limited requirements for licenses, training, and certifications.
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
• Works within established procedures and practices.
• Works with a close degree of supervision.

Responsibility Statements

• Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
• May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
• Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
• Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
• Captures information based on client requirements.
• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is.$15.00 per hour.
