Job: Electrical Project Manager

Client: (Hiring for one of the largest merit shop electrical shops in the Chicago Market)

Location- Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60192

Additional Benefit - Bonus Eligible, Gas Card, Health/Vision/Dental, Retirement, PTO

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects
• Plan budgets and timelines
• Coordinate teams (workers, subcontractors, suppliers)
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure safety rules are followed on job sites
• Manage risks and solve problems quickly
• Handle change orders (project changes)
• Keep accurate project records

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience managing electrical projects
• Strong planning, budgeting, and team coordination skills
• Good communication with clients and teams
• Knowledge of safety and risk management
• Organized with project documentation skills

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, LEED) are a plus
• Equivalent work experience can also count

Software Skills:

• Project management software (Procore, Spectrum, Accubid)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
