BGV's Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Engineering seeks an Engineering Technician 1-4, $22.75/hr - $26.13/hr DOE, Full-Time. This position supports all engineering functions relating to the units, common areas and grounds at the Breckenridge Grand Vacations fractional real estate properties, performing skilled work and manual labor. Responsibilities include basic repairs and improvements, landscaping, occasional unit inspections, snow and ice removal and guest services. This position also assists with a variety of other engineering related tasks.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, pool and hot tub chemistry, mechanical systems, boilers, carpentry and gas fireplaces preferred.
