FULL TIME - IN PERSON - WHITE PLAINS NY - M-F 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER :

• Assist small business customers with inquiries related to telecom products
• Complete product presentations to close sales
• Use iPad to enter orders after the sale is completed
• Maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service to be able to represent our client in a professional manner when working with business owners and decision makers
• Work with our business clients one-on-one and in person to discuss our current products and services
• Develop a trusting relationship with business clients by addressing all questions and concerns professionally
• Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer's issues and needs
• Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to train and learn
• A can-do attitude
