Position Overview:
As a Communications Assistant, you will support daily communication activities, assist customers during events, and help ensure smooth delivery of brand messaging across all in-person promotions. Youll work closely with our events and client service teams to maintain consistent communication standards and provide excellent customer support.
Support communication efforts during events and retail promotions.
Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear product information.
Represent client brands professionally and deliver key talking points accurately.
Help coordinate event materials, product displays, and promotional setups.
Gather customer feedback and share updates with the team.
Maintain organized communication logs and assist with daily operational tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Paid training and hands-on mentorship.
