We are seeking an Entry-Level Communications Associate to support internal and external communication efforts. This role involves coordinating messaging, handling customer and partner inquiries, and ensuring clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and distributing company communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
Respond to customer and partner inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Support internal teams by ensuring clear communication of policies, updates, and initiatives.
Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and presentations.
Maintain and update communication materials, such as company documents and training guides.
Monitor and document customer feedback to help improve service and messaging strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
