About the Role
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help bring high-impact marketing events to life—from setup to execution. You’ll play a vital role in promoting organizations and causes by engaging directly with communities, building connections, and creating memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of live events
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting organizational values and mission
Interact with event attendees, local businesses, and community members
Distribute promotional materials and respond to public inquiries
Collect attendee feedback and support post-event reporting and evaluation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred (not required)
Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, PR, or events is a plus
