As an Entry Level Event Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in planning and executing live marketing events while gaining hands-on experience in event management, brand promotions, and client relations . This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Maintain professional communication with clients to understand goals, timelines, and expectations
• Coordinate event setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations
• Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
• Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure events run efficiently and meet objectives
• Gather client and attendee feedback and help compile post-event reports for continuous improvement
