ClinDCast is hiring a Certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst . This is a 100% remote position. The job description is as follows: Job Title: Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst Location: 100% Remote Experience: 4+ years of Epic Willow ambulatory Build Experience Certification: Must be Epic Willow Ambulatory Certified Design, configure, and customize the Epic Willow Ambulatory module to meet the organization's medication management needs and ensure adherence to best practices. Work closely with clinical and pharmacy personnel to gather necessary information, assess existing workflows, and convert them into efficient and impactful solutions within the Epic Willow Ambulatory module. Stay up to date with Epic software releases, new features, and industry best practices related to the Willow Ambulatory module. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to clinical operations Handle Release cycle - Review release notes, coordinate with the business, Build, Test, and deploy across environments. Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or system errors related to the Epic Willow Ambulatory module. Should have good communication skills. Other Knowledge & Skills required: Ability to perform workflow analysis and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams. Understanding of the workings of integration platforms and the complexities of healthcare application integration This is a remote position.
