We’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat individual to join our team as a Remote Event Planner. If you love coordinating details, talking with people, and making big events happen, this is for you.
Plan and coordinate weddings, honeymoons, family vacations, and sports team travel
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Build customized travel/event itineraries and timelines
Book accommodations, transportation, and vendors
Manage event details from start to finish
Communicate regularly with clients and vendors via email and phone
Ensure every event runs smoothly and stress-free for the client
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, calendars)
A passion for planning and helping others
Willing to learn—no prior experience required
