Richard, Wayne & Roberts is looking to hire recruiters in several of our recruiting divisions in any of our offices. We are experiencing growth in our Accounting, Healthcare, Real Estate Construction, Oil and Gas and HR teams.

Many people are attracted to recruiting as a profession because the financial rewards can be outstanding and the Q-W-L over time. Our best recruiters consistently earn well into the six figures, but these rewards don’t come easily, because recruiting is demanding work. Over the years at Richard, Wayne & Roberts, we’ve seen that successful recruiters all share some common traits.

• Hard working, dynamic, and tenacious with a “can do” attitude
• Drive and ambition directed by a desire to succeed and become respected by others in the industry
• Superior problem solving and investigative skills coupled with strong diplomacy and negotiation abilities
• Sound work ethic driven by self-motivation
• Organization
• Ability to use set-backs and minor failures as learning opportunities and turn them into future successes

Professional Background

• Recruiting or Sales experience from entry to senior level (both are ideal)
• A history of extensive phone recruiting, selling, lead generation, referral production, and follow up (not necessarily specific to the recruiting industry)
• Expertise in negotiating and closing win-win scenarios
• Willingness and ability to work off hours to facilitate candidate conversations as the need arises
• Proven, quantifiable track record of creating a strong pipeline.
• Commitment to providing the highest customer service to both clients and candidates
• Desire to build our presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
