Overview
What Does An Implementation Trainer Do?
Facilitate clinical training for new scribes at assigned facilities and/or implementations for new accounts. The Implementation Trainer will participate remotely for the duration of the implementation and will work shifts and train new scribes in accordance with ProScribe Clinical Training Guidelines (CTG).
We will provide paid training for each project depending on the specialty and your background experience. Some examples include Cardiology, Critical Care, Neurology etc.
Virtual hours will be supplemented in between travel projects.

Benefits, Perks, and Compensation
Our Implementation Trainer starts at $12.00/hr plus Overtime and Per Diem eligibility. Additionally, all travel expenses are paid for by ProScribe.
$12.00/hr during virtual projects (_After the initial 6 months in the role, trainers are eligible for a $1.00/hour increase. Following this, trainers are eligible to receive an additional $0.50/hour increase each 6 months, up to a rate of $15.00/hour._)
$17.00/hr during travel projects
Overtime
Travel projects: $30/day per diem for all days traveling and on project
ProScribe books all travel and covers all travel expenses

Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of previous medical scribe experience
Must have previous EMR/EHR experience
Must have completely open availability - no commitments with school/internships etc. 100% ability to travel within the U.S.
Must be able to work full time hours with potential for overtime while on projects
Must be able to commit for at least 6 consecutive months
Must be 18+ years old
A high school diploma or equivalent required
Authorized to work in the US
Background check and drug screen required upon hire
Must possess personal computer manufactured within last 4 years and access to high speed internet (Minimum internet bandwidth of 20 Mbps Download / 8 Mbps Upload)
We strongly prefer:
Pre-health, pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing career track preferred
Keyboard proficiency (60 WPM)
Previous Medical Scribe Trainer experience preferred, but not required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
