Safety & Compliance

  • Partner with the Safety Manager (or act as Safety Lead if applicable) to ensure all operations align with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Support employee safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
  • Ensure fire suppression systems, emergency equipment, and safety devices are properly maintained and inspected.

Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, capital projects, and improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and external contractors.
  • Support sustainability and efficiency initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, and energy optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on facility performance, compliance status, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
