Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Draper, Utah
Duration: 3–4 months+ contract (high possibility of extension)

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance (preferably in high-growth environments)
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning, modeling, reporting, and data analysis
• Financial modeling experience for budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with Adaptive Insights (preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting processes related to monthly/quarterly close cycles

Job Description:
We are seeking a collaborative and analytical individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position will play a critical role in providing financial support and strategic insights to our go-to-market and product teams, helping shape the future of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to Sales and Post-Sales leaders, offering comprehensive support for budgeting, forecasting, and operational expenses.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis for sales productivity, customer retention, and post-sales efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and maintain subscription revenue forecasts and detailed models for attrition, LTV, and revenue per customer.
• Partner closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely tracking of revenue and expenses during close cycles.
• Provide critical analysis and actionable insights to drive performance and inform leadership decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A or similar finance roles
• Demonstrated success in financial reporting optimization
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or FinTech industry
• Experience working with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Proactive, process-improvement mindset
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adaptive Insights software experience
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
