FP&A Analyst – Newly Created Role
 
We are currently recruiting for a growing, multi-location organization in the health and wellness sector located in Buckhead. This newly created FP&A role is the primary finance resource, reporting to senior leadership and driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
 
Must-Haves

• FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management).
• Strong Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to prepare 13-week cash flow statements.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Tableau reporting.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Multi-site business experience - healthcare or retail ideally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with automation and process improvement.
• Exposure to acquisition-driven environments.
