They are seeking experienced Freight Brokers or Freight Agents to join their team in a fully remote capacity. Our client's agent partners enjoy complete back office support including invoicing, carrier setup, vendor setup, and dispatch assistance. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr What’s in It for You High weekly commissions based on the carrier’s invoice, not customer payment Complete back office support including invoicing, carrier & vendor setup, and dispatch assistance Free access to industry tools like TransCore 3Sixty, Internet Truck Stop, and other major load boards Top-tier TMS software fully supported and easy to use Carrier-friendly programs with average payment in under 30 days Unsaturated agent network with room for growth and opportunity No credit risk for you; the corporate entity assumes the credit risk Work from anywhere — home or office, your choice Factoring options available for trucking companies managing overflow Responsibilities Source and secure freight opportunities by building relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and customers Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to ensure profitable margins Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring smooth logistics Utilize TMS and load boards provided to post freight, find trucks, and manage transportation activities Communicate proactively with carriers and customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies Maintain and grow existing customer base while actively seeking new opportunities Work independently in a virtual environment while staying connected with the support team Collaborate with dispatch and back-office teams for billing, carrier setup, and documentation Track loads and provide updates using TMS and other digital tools Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Freight Agent An existing customer base (preferred but not required) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Familiarity with load boards and TMS software Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A desire to grow their book of business with support from a reputable logistics partner #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales Recruiters
