Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. One of our clients in Honolulu is interested in one-to-one General French lessons and would like to begin as soon as possible.

Below are the full course details:

General French Language Training (one-to-one) 20 hours (10 × 2-hour lessons) 

Location:
Honolulu, HI 96816
(Lessons can also take place at the teacher’s workplace if close to this address.)

Availability & Schedule:

Start date: Thursday, December 4, 2025

Frequency: 2-hour lesson once per week (Wed or Thu)

Time: Early afternoon (~2:30 PM)

The student is open to adding a weekly lesson, depending on schedule.

Duration note: One 2-hour lesson per week = 10 weeks. Increasing frequency could shorten the timeline.

Student will be in Honolulu for 8 weeks.

Student’s language level: Between Elementary and Lower Intermediate
Motivation: Travels to France and wants to better connect with the culture
Focus areas: Listening & speaking, with improvement in reading & writing
Age group: Female, 56–64

The student prefers in-person lessons during her stay in Honolulu (December–February).

• Be a native Vietnamese speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
