Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the FWRD JR Site Merchandiser role:

This is a permanent full-time role for a candidate who is passionate and excited about merchandising for the FWRD and REVOLVE customer. This position will be responsible for supporting the merchandising department with ongoing projects and needs as well as creating curated CPLs pages for email and homepage features. This position requires an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team and across all levels of the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare landing pages for e-mail newsletters and homepage features that are curated based on trend and concept of campaign.
• Work closely with outside teams to manage deadlines and needs for all Homepage and Emails feature inclusions.
• Follow merchandising best practices on manually merchandised pages.
• Support the buyers brand visions and work cross functionally with the buying team to improve conversion.
• Provide and maintain social curated product pages for gifting and activations.
• Partner with site merchandising team to develop, evolve and execute merchandising tools.
• Constantly research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail.
• Understand and monitor the business trends through homepage and CPL reporting

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Time management skills and the ability to complete task under short deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Steadfast ability to work in intense fast-paced environment and maintain the highest quality of work and focused visual aesthetics.
• A superb eye for attention to detail, style and composition.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 Years of experience with e-commerce merchandising.
• Knowledge of contemporary and luxury fashion brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Degree in fashion design, merchandising or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, Word & PowerPoint.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr.
