F/T General Manager Sales & Operations in Stafford, TX. - Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with ONIS best practices and instructions. - Manage ONIS personnel in the US. - Manage parts inventory in accordance with ONIS procedures. - Supervise repairs and service activity in the workshop and onsite. - Monitor suppliers in the US. - Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. - Serve as the US relay for the accounting department at ONIS headquarters in France. - Manage facilities and contracts connected with US premises. - Lead sales activity for ONIS in the US. - Monitor the Sales Engineer team. - Report to Sales Director in ONIS France. - Promote ONIS solutions to existing customers and new prospects. - Participate in US business events. - Coordinate the technical and commercial aspects of sales proposals. - Secure order bookings according to ONIS roadmap and targets. Associate’s Degree in any field (acad. equiv. ok) + 4 yrs exp. as Operations Manager or Sales Manager, spoken & written proficiency in French, sales development exp., & knowl. of European accounting systems. Intermittent domestic travel to unanticipated client sites across continental U.S. + incidental international travel to Canada & Mexico.
