General Manager(03148) - 22911 St Road 54 Full-time Job Category Org: Store General Manager Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. This role includes paid training and advancement opportunities through the Management Development Program. Responsibilities Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Lead the team, maintain high standards for customer service and product quality, and drive store performance. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver7s license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks. Ability to lead, multitask, and make good judgments; strong math skills are beneficial.
