About the Role
We’re seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with Figma expertise to lead visual branding and support key marketing and sales functions. You will design email layouts, proposal templates, social media graphics, and internal materials that enhance our visual identity across platforms. This is a high-impact role where your creativity will directly support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create branded design assets for proposals, email campaigns, social media, and internal documents.
Design and maintain templates in Figma that support consistency across marketing and sales materials.
Collaborate with our video and marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
Elevate the look and feel of digital and print content while staying on brand.
Support high-stakes proposals and presentations with professional-level design work.
Experience Level
3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of layouts, brand systems, and content types.
Figma proficiency required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working collaboratively with remote or hybrid teams.
Familiarity with PowerPoint or proposal formatting is a bonus.
