JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an organized and creative Part Time Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and E-Commerce team in producing visual content across a variety of platforms for our brands. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about branded storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The key responsibilities for this role is to assist in creating marketing assets for both digital and physical platforms such as email blasts, social media graphics and ads, website graphics such as banners, and seasonal printed promotional materials such as catalogs, lookbook/magazine pages, postcards, etc. The graphic designer will also assist with photo editing, resize, crop, and format images/assets for our different channels and platforms. This team member will work closely with the marketing team, E-Commerce team, and Creative director to meet project goals and deadlines.QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field requiredMinimum 1-2 year experience in graphic design, marketing, branding, or related fieldStrong eye for color, typography, and brand storytellingStrong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, capabilities, and use of different design principlesAbility to differentiate aesthetics across our brands (3) while maintaining consistency for each brand.Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Klaviyo, Redo, CanvaBasic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends with strong research skills to stay up to date with design, social, and e-commerce trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativityFamiliarity with email marketing and Google/Meta ad requirementsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBasic photo editing and layout design skillsUnderstanding of file formats, resolution, color space/profiles, and output specificationsComfortable working on multiple projects in a deadline driven environmentRESPONSIBILITIESWill assist our marketing/E-Commerce team in creating graphics for social media, ads, email blasts, website banners, etc. for various campaignsWill assist with seasonal graphic design tasks such as catalogs, magazine/lookbook pages, Amazon listing graphics, printable ads (elevator clings, column clings, etc.)Will assist with photo editing and asset reformatting for our different platforms.Will research design, social, and e-commerce trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance the companys visual identityMay be on-call to meet seasonal project deadlines.
