Position Overview

The Head E-commerce is responsible for the day-to-day operations of , and will help lead the growth of the business with a strong background in driving user experience, conversion optimization, and performance.

This role requires a highly organized self-starter who has a thorough understanding of online platforms and a proven track record for managing complex digital projects in an iterative, fast-paced environment. Heavy collaboration and coordination with key cross-functional team members is also required to ensure onsite content achieves cohesive storytelling. Must have Shopify experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Posh Peanuts E-commerce roadmap. This position will manage multiple direct reports including a Web Developer, Shopify Plus Admin, Database Administrator and more.
  • Develop, test, and scale strategies to increase new customer acquisition, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Oversee implementation and successful execution of weekly marketing content, product launches, and strategize to improve on-site experience
  • Responsible for all site promotions, A/B testing, CRO, execution and strategy
  • Oversee daily site maintenance to ensure a smooth, frustration-free customer experience
  • Manage web dev agency partner(s), and external relationships for website optimization
  • Optimize and increase conversion rate
  • Use web analytics, customer insights, industry trends and customer service feedback to inform future iterations of .com experience
  • Owns site navigation and product creation, to ensure best in class product experience
  • Stays abreast of any industry-wide trends, changes and tools/technologies being used for UX/UI
  • Implement processes and strategies to improve web production tasks and projects such as product activation, quality assurance, merchandising, promotions/sales, on-site search maintenance, and marketing content implementation
  • Act as brand stakeholder for all internal business tool improvements and operational communications
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with Copy, SEO/Digital Marketing, Planning, Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Creative teams
  • Lead the implementation of key website initiatives (e.g., bundle builder) and other high-impact projects
  • Skills and Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience as an E-commerce Manager
    • 4+ years experience working within Shopify Plus
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field or industry equivalent experience
    • Successful track record in Ecom project management and leading day-to-day operations in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics and more
    • Experience working for high-growth startups, preferably in Fashion
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presenting ideas is key
    • Loves to work collaboratively and thrives in a team environment
