Capstone Health, Inc. is looking for a  Healthcare Recruiter – Physical & Occupational Therapy to join our team. In this role, you’ll specialize in recruiting  traveling Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs)for contract assignments in healthcare facilities nationwide. This is your chance to help talented professionals advance their careers while supporting healthcare facilities in delivering exceptional patient care.

This is an  on-site role in our office in Des Moines, IA. There are  no remote options for this opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit Top Talent: Find traveling Physical and Occupational Therapists through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate Candidates: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, licensure, and readiness for contract assignments.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with PTs, OTs, and hiring managers to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
• Facilitate Placements: Coordinate interviews, verify credentials, and assist candidates with onboarding for seamless transitions into contract roles.
• Industry Expertise: Stay current on therapy staffing trends, contract structures, and licensure requirements across different states.
• Promote Opportunities: Represent Capstone Health at therapy-specific job fairs and industry events to expand your candidate network.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (experience with contract or travel healthcare roles preferred).
• Staffing Firm experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and general office computer technology.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of state licensure requirements for Physical and Occupational Therapists is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Des Moines, IA, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
