The ideal candidate is passionate about the foundations of Western Civilization, adept at the teaching and development of critical reading and analytical writing skills, and eager to guide students in seeing the meaning of human action as a story of creation in relationship with its Creator. We seek teachers who are passionate about their subjects, committed to being involved in the life of the school as a mentor, club facilitator, or coach, and committed to collaboration and ongoing growth in their professional practice. Strong applicants will have an advanced degree, at least three years of classroom experience, a strong understanding of the liberal arts, and an appreciation for an independent school environment and an all-girls' education.
