Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and superior patient satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio (RN license preferred but not required).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance programs.
- Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operational performance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
