Duties for Hotel Receptionist Waco TX: - Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms according to their preferences.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information, such as contact details and stay dates.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel, including available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Manage both online and phone reservations efficiently and accurately.
Requirements: - Minimum one year of recent hotel receptionist experience.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- No felonies, regardless of how long ago.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
