Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, thorough, and trustworthy Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our home. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Dusting and wiping down surfaces (furniture, countertops, windowsills).
    • Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors.
    • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors).
    • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliances).
    • Emptying trash and recycling bins.
    • Making beds and changing linens (if requested).
    • Washing interior windows and glass doors.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs discovered during cleaning to the supervisor.
  • Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings within the allotted time.
  • Any other duties asked to perform
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques.
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Self sufficient.
