Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an HR Assistant to join their client's team in Costa Mesa, California. This role is essential for supporting the human resources department and will involve working closely with both new hires and existing employees to ensure smooth operations. The HR Assistant will be a vital part of onboarding and new-hire orientation processes, contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
  • Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientation sessions to provide essential information and resources.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain a smooth workflow in the Costa Mesa office.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday.
  • Paycom or ADP knowledge a huge plus.

Benefits:

Competitive pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
