Responsibilities:

• Expertly install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
• Train and supervise junior technicians, sharing your expertise.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to deliver exceptional service.

Lead Installer Requirements:

• Experience : 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Skills : Mastery of HVAC systems installation, with strong technical abilities.
• Customer Focused : Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
• Leadership : Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Credentials : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Install Helper Requirements:

• Mechanically Inclined : A strong interest in HVAC systems and basic mechanical skills.
