Job Description
We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Technicians and assist in managing the daily operations of the Service Department within a commercial and industrial HVAC company.
Responsibilities
Schedule service calls and manage technicians.
Handle customer requests and oversee billing.
Create estimates and maintain inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and provide customer coordination and technical support for field technicians.
Assist in ordering and tracking parts, tools, and equipment.
Support the scheduling of subcontractors.
Provide technical support and training for service technicians.
Develop training programs and review technicians' needs and requests.
Enhance customer relations and communication.
Essential Skills
Experience in HVAC service, particularly in commercial settings, with a minimum of 5 years.
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and service.
Ability to develop and implement training programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment consists of 70% office-based work and 30% fieldwork, providing a dynamic and engaging setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
