Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Miami. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support as you handle a variety of inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. * Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently. * Document all customer interactions in the company CRM system accurately. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
