We generate a high volume of qualified inbound leads from social and web. Your mission: turn speed-to-lead into booked demos and closed deals. What You’ll Do Call back every inbound lead within 5 minutes ; run fast discovery and qualification. Make 150–250 calls/day plus SMS/email cadences via our CRM (GoHighLevel). Map buyer needs (center console, walk-around, trawler, repower, trade-in) and schedule showroom/sea trials for our closing brokers. Nurture and re-engage “cold/lost” leads with structured sequences. Maintain clean pipeline hygiene (notes, dispositions, next steps). Attend key Florida shows (FLIBS, Miami, Palm Beach) and occasional weekend events.
