Independent Insurance Agency is seeking experienced property & causality agents. Our Agency is designed for severe Insurance agents who want to succeed in insurance Sales. We have a professional management team and support staff, which will allow you to focus on sales. We give you the tools and opportunity to succeed; the rest is up to you.

Position : Full-time

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Highlights:

• Full-time position in Personal or Commercial Sales.
• High-tech Agency Computerization including Cloud Agency Management system AMS360, ACS Rating systems, scanned customers files, paperless, e-sign, etc.
• Experienced support staff to handle customer support.
• Access to Agency Call in and Referral Business
• Cross-selling Current agency Book of business
• Opportunity to represent a full range of Top-Rated Insurance Carriers: Accident Fund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, Chubb, Conifer, Hanover- Citizens, Hastings, Foremost, Frankenmuth, Hagerty, Michigan Millers, Pioneer, Progressive, Safeco, Travelers

Employment package: Benefit packages are very competitive for qualified Candidates.

• Base Salary plus Top Commissions

Qualifications:

• Must have a Michigan P & C license. (L & H License a + but not required)
• Proven success in driving business results
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Outlook email, word & basic computer navigation functions
• Self-motivated
• Team Player
• Ethical and trustworthy.
