About the Role
The Company is in search of an International Tax Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the company's international operations, with a primary focus on tax planning and compliance. This pivotal role requires a strategic and dynamic individual with a deep understanding of ASC 740 and international tax regulations. The International Tax Director will be expected to manage the international tax provision process, develop and implement tax planning strategies, and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant tax laws. Applicants for the International Tax Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree in taxation or a CPA certification being highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years' of progressive experience in international tax, particularly within the manufacturing or a similar industry, is required. The role demands strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex tax matters effectively. Proficiency in tax software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be an experienced tax professional with a proven track record in the field and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
