Bachoco USA is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for the Fort Smith, Complex .
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday as needed (7:00am - 4:00pm) Position Summary: The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and supporting plant operations with data-driven insights. This role involves working closely with various departments to validate stock movements, analyze discrepancies, and assist with reporting to maintain efficient inventory management.

This role is primarily office-based within a processing plant environment. The employee may occasionally be required to enter production areas, where exposure to cold, humidity, and loud noise is possible.
