The Individual Contributor design contractor will report to the Sr. Creative Director of Digital Store Experiences & Integration. This role will join a team of designers supporting the end-to-end development and delivery of our in-store retail experiences, that enables the Consultants to complete sales, repairs, and customizations. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering through design collaboration and domain insight, leveraging research from both the customer experience and experience design teams
• The ability to develop and hold the user-centered perspective for the domain team through design deliverables
• Working autonomously on projects in this remote role while collaborating with fellow designers, producers, product and development teams throughout the development using agile design methods
• Ensuring that every project - large or small - starts with user needs, strategy and a well-defined problem to solve
• Designing & working with internal analytics partners to track the performance of the team's solutions and use that data to inform the next iterations.
• Package concepts and insights in compelling ways--- storytelling skills a must!
• Be highly contextual. Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints,
• Proactively communicate and conduct presentations with internal stakeholders about user insight recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in user experience/experience design role, working with producer and research team members
• Expertise in Figma
• Familiar with product design principles and design system components

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

This position is not available for independent contractors
