Stellar Roofing is offering a unique opportunity to earn uncapped commissions in a flexible lead generation role with significant growth potential with our Rochester location.

We are looking for driven, outgoing individuals to canvass select neighborhoods, identify homes in need of exterior improvements, and schedule free roof, window, or siding inspections.

This role offers a clear path for advancement, including the potential to move into sales or leadership and management positions.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with draw pay and bonus opportunities.
• Average performers earn between $50K and $90K per year
• Top performers earn between $100K and $200K per year
• $1500 Sign on bonus

Hours:

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• Includes three mandatory meetings each week: two in-office and one via Zoom
• Flexible schedule – you create your own hours
• Tuesday through Saturday availability is preferred but not required
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Attend three weekly in-office meetings where constant training and education will be provided.
• Study our tools and training documents to ensure you are extremely familiar with the Stellar Process and the inspection process conducted by our sales personnel/specialist.
• Conduct brief and simple daily research in order to find several areas with homes in need of evaluations and services. You will do this by using our robust apps and tools provided, along with training on using them properly.
• Work within targeted areas with efficiency and prioritize speaking to as many homeowners as possible.
• Problem solve with customers by using the knowledge provided to properly convey why certain issues on the outside of their home can lead to bigger issues on the inside, if they are left undiagnosed.
• Report your conversational data to your team manager weekly, discuss a plan for improvement for the following week, and be coachable so that we can help you join our top performers.
• Work to improve and hit your goals to maximize the opportunity and achieve one or more of the weekly bonuses provided.

Skills/requirements:

• Must have personal transportation
• One year of sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in communication, sales, marketing, or customer service
• Ability to be self-accountable to work 30-40 effective hours per week as you will typically be working alone and not under direct supervision.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with prospects in your pipeline, upper management, and your fellow teammates
• Familiarity with the Stellar way of doing business and helping homeowners
• Ability to effectively market our free service to potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and problem solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during outreach efforts.
