We are seeking skilled Level 3 Technicians specializing in repair and soldering for electronic devices. As a Level 3 Technician, you will focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex issues with various devices. No sales responsibilities are involved, allowing you to dedicate your efforts entirely to technical tasks. This position offers a competitive compensation package with an additional performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnosis, repair, and soldering on a wide range of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware and component issues and conduct detailed repairs using precision tools and soldering techniques.
• Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Follow detailed procedures for each repair, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Document all repair processes and update device status in the company system.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest technology and repair techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in soldering and device repair at a high technical level.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and soldering equipment .
• Ability to handle complex repairs and ensure minimal disruption to the device’s functionality.
• Keen attention to detail and precision in repair work.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
