Nu World Title is a full-service title company providing superior real estate title services in FL, NJ, NY, PA, TX and NC. We are experienced professionals with over 20 years of combined experience within the industry, guaranteeing our level of service to exceed all expectations. We are seeking a licensed title agent to join one of our Joint Ventures as Branch Manager.

_Job Responsibilities_:

* Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions by analyzing liens, maps, public records, leases, plat books, agreements, surveys, and contracts
* Conduct property search to check for real estate title defects or issues, such as claims, liens, mortgages, deeds, wills, or fraud
* Work alongside a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, title insurance agents, escrow officers, closing agents, settlement agents, law firms, paralegals, and escrow companies throughout the closing process
* Facilitate title search and prepare title abstract and title opinion
* Review all closing documents to be sure title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and prepare closing statements to transfer the title to the new owner
* Record all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners
* Draft Closing Disclosures, ALTAs and balance escrow.
* Clear title issues.
* Draft seller's documents.
* Issue closing protection letters.
* Must have the flexibility to conduct late closings when required.

_Qualifications_:

* High school diploma required -- college degree preferred
* 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required
* Must be licensed in FL
* Knowledge of Soft Pro is a plus.
* Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* High degree of attention to detail
* Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
* Previous management experience a plus
