Job Title: Paralegal - Corporate Litigation

Salary: $45-$55/hr

Location: Hybrid (2 days remote) in Portland, OR

Paralegal – Corporate Litigation:

Our client is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their legal team, providing critical support across litigation, claims, and regulatory matters. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and collaborates effectively within a small, dynamic team.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assist with litigation matters, including case management, document review, and coordination with internal and external counsel.
• Support discovery processes by collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and other requests.
• Prepare and manage exhibits, filings, and other case-related documentation.
• Perform cite-checking and ensure accuracy in legal documents in accordance with Bluebook standards.
• Draft, review, and support agreements and filings, including NDAs and related documents.
• Maintain organized records and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional departments and outside legal teams.

Paralegal Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on litigation and case management.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and experience managing large volumes of documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt quickly to new subject matter areas.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Experience handling NDAs and regulatory matters is a plus.
