Anchoring Hope Counseling is a locally owned and operated group private practice, deeply committed to improving access to quality mental health care in our community. Our team is composed of exceptional clinicians, each bringing diverse interests, niches, and specialties to the table. We accept several major insurances including commercial policies of Anthem, Aetna, United, & Cigna, ensuring that those in need receive the support they deserve. We hope to potentially expand to include Medicare & Medicaid in the future.

We anticipate about 80% of your caseload will be in person, with the flexibility to see clients during evening hours to increase accessibility.

*The Ideal Candidate:*
We’re looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and fun therapist who shares our passion for reducing mental health stigma and closing care gaps in our community. If you value creativity, authenticity, compassion, and teamwork, you’ll be a perfect fit!
*Responsibilities:*
* Consistently bill a minimum of 20 hours per week.
* Diagnose mental health conditions, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate/timely documentation.
* Manage your availability and client scheduling.
* Collaborate with a client’s treatment team and our dynamic staff to provide the best care possible.
* Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
*Qualifications:*
* A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
* A valid VA license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
* Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation that meets insurance requirements.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse client base.
* Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems.
