\n\t\tTrach Differential: $2.00 per hour
\n\t\tVent Differential: $3.00 per hour
\n\t\tWeekend Differential (7pm Friday through 7am Monday): $3.00 per hour
\n\t\tNight Differential (7pm-7am): $2.00 per hour
\n\t\tHoliday Differential: $3.00 per hour

\n\tResponsibilities:
\n\nPerform quality routine nursing care to assigned patients; may include patients with G-Tubes, Trachs, Vents and CVLs.
\n\tMonitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
\n\tPerform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
\n\tCommunicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
\n\tComply with all policies and procedures, while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.
\n\tRequired Qualifications:
\n\nValid LPN nursing license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL).
\n\tActive CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
\n\tTwo or more years of experience is preferred;
\n\tValid PPD skin test.
\n\tPhysical Requirements:
