Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in quilted products, is seeking a Quilt Machine Operator to join their team. As a Quilt Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quilt Machine Operator

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Shift: 6 :00am - 2:30pm + Overtime- Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate quilt cutting and sewing machines in a continuous flow manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.
• Identify process disruptions or malfunctions and make minor adjustments according to standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on quilting equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures defined by the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries.
• Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality quilted products per specified standards.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level with little or no experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and move materials up to 100 lbs.
