Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to play a critical role in optimizing production processes and driving efficiency improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
• Design, test, and oversee the installation of new equipment and production lines
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards
• Maintain and update documentation for processes and equipment

Desirable experience:

• Bachelor's degree within engineering field (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Familiarity with automated production systems and robotics
• Experience in a highly regulated industry or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of reducing operational costs and improving production efficiency
