We are looking for a talented Customer Engineering Product Specialist to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business in Seymour, IN.

Job Summary:

Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Enhance safety by recommending and implementing cross-functional improvements.
  • Boost productivity through continuous quality and efficiency initiatives.
  • Guide projects as the group lead, ensuring successful completion of assignments.
  • Provide feedback to team members, helping them achieve their tasks and goals.
  • Set clear expectations and clarify responsibilities for the team.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Supervisory experience preferred.
