Job Description We are looking for a talented Customer Engineering Product Specialist to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business in Seymour, IN.
Job Summary: Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
- Enhance safety by recommending and implementing cross-functional improvements.
- Boost productivity through continuous quality and efficiency initiatives.
- Guide projects as the group lead, ensuring successful completion of assignments.
- Provide feedback to team members, helping them achieve their tasks and goals.
- Set clear expectations and clarify responsibilities for the team.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster their professional growth.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

- Continuous Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality in manufacturing
Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience: Supervisory experience preferred.
