We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for an international school in Beijing starting from the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year.About the schoolLocated in Chaoyang District, Beijing, this international school offers a Montessori-based program for children aged 18 months to 13 years. Through hands-on, inquiry-driven learning, students develop independence, curiosity, and critical thinking. Families can choose between a dual-language (English-Chinese) or English-only track, both supported by small class sizes and a strong focus on character development in a multicultural environment.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Mathematics (and preferably Science) to students in secondary aligned with curriculum standardsIntegrate real-world applications and critical thinking into lessonsDesign lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materialsTrack student progress and provide timely, constructive feedbackMaintain accurate academic records and reportsSupport students with diverse learning needs through differentiated instructionCommunicate regularly with parents about student progressCreate a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environmentCollaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance interdisciplinary learningRequirementsMaster’s degree or above in Mathematics, Science, or Education.Minimum 3 years of high school teaching experienceAP/IB teaching certificate or experience requiredNative-level English proficiencyEligible for a China work visa (school will assist in processing)Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of RMB 28,000 – 35,000 commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of RMB 10,000Flight Allowance: Round-trip airfare up to RMB 10,000/yearMobilization Allowance: RMB 1,000 – 5,000Medical InsurancePaid Holidays: Summer, Winter, and Spring BreaksFour days’ work-week from Tuesday to Friday
