Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese and English speaking Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will assist a surgeon with in-office procedures and attend all aspects of patient care. You will also be working with insurance companies to obtain prior authorization for approval for medical procedures. You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines and testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in applying to medical school, nursing, and PA schools to gain clinical experience. We offer recommendations after a period of work experience in our office. Minimum commitment is 1 year. Schedule: Mon- Thur. 9:15 am- 5:30 pm Wed 9:15 am- 7 pmResponsibilities
