Location: The Rushmore Hotel & Suites – Downtown Rapid City
Schedule: Morning Shifts (Typically 5:00 AM-1:00PM)
Compensation: Pay DOE (Depends on Experience)
Description:
The Rushmore Hotel & Suites is seeking a dependable and experienced Morning Cook to join our culinary team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early shifts and takes pride in preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch offerings for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items in accordance with hotel standards
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen at all times
Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
Assist with inventory, prep, and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation
Qualifications:
Prior cooking or line cook experience (breakfast preferred)
Must be available for early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
